2025 NVM Van Usage Request (For NVM Ministry Leaders only)

Vans must be requested one week before your event (earlier if possible) so vans can be filled with gas and receive a maintenance check before being used.  (This is for events and trips - not daily usage) 

Check with Jeff on daily usage to ensure it isn't reserved by someone else. 

Please list where and what city you will be going to.

Children's Ministry, Men's Ministry, Mission Team, Senior Adults, Women's Ministry, Worship Team, Youth Ministry, etc......

VANS ARE TO BE CLEANED AND GAS TANK FILLED BEFORE RETURNING

BE SURE TO PRESS "SUBMIT" OR THE REQUEST WILL NOT GO THROUGH
